Last updated October 15, 2026
This notice describes the website, newsletter, and contact features operated by Nightmare House Publishing.
Newsletter signup
If you choose to subscribe to The Nightmare House Dispatch, we collect your email address and your newsletter consent to send publishing news, upcoming releases, comics updates, and previews. Signup uses double opt-in: you must click the link in a confirmation email before you join the newsletter list. Subscribing is optional.
Brevo provides the form, stores subscription information, and delivers email on our behalf. Signup, confirmation, delivery, and unsubscribe records may include dates, IP addresses, and technical information used to run and protect the service. See Brevo’s Privacy Policy.
Spam protection and website hosting
The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical browser and network signals for this purpose. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
The embedded Brevo form is not loaded until you choose “Open signup form.” Opening it, or the separate-tab form, connects your browser to Brevo and its security providers. The form may use storage and technical information needed for its operation and security. This website adds no advertising or website analytics scripts. Cloudflare Pages processes request information to deliver and secure the website.
Email measurement
We use Brevo’s anonymous tracking setting for future newsletter campaigns. Email opens and link clicks may still be recorded and reported, but those engagement events are not associated with individual contacts in these campaign reports. This does not remove your email address, subscription preferences, consent records, or the delivery and suppression information needed to operate the newsletter. Anonymous tracking does not mean that the newsletter collects no technical information. We do not add advertising or website analytics scripts to this website.
Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your address and the information you include, so we can respond. Email correspondence is handled through our business Gmail account. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your inquiry.
Your choices and retention
You can withdraw newsletter consent using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter. You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
We use subscription information while you remain subscribed. After an unsubscribe or deletion request, limited suppression and consent records may be kept where needed to honor your choice, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. We review information for deletion when it is no longer needed. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, as described in their privacy policies.
